starter kit includes fives clocks and synchronization software with Wi-Fi, PoE
or RF wireless options. The software connects digital and analog wall clocks,
bell/tone systems, and time and attendance terminals. It automatically
calibrates itself and can be set to standard or military time or a digital timer.

6 SECURITY LUMINAIRE Maximus Lighting’s Craftsman smart home
security light has a built-in camera that detects movement and sends a
real-time alert to a smartphone where the user can see and interact with
visitors. Captured footage is available for up to 2 hours. The light can be set
to a schedule or automatic dusk-to-dawn mode.
7 SOFTWARE Lutron Electronics’ Quantum Vue 3. 2 software gives facility
managers the ability to control and monitor individual fixtures from a
graphical floor plan. Users can set light levels, tune individual lights and
troubleshoot problems quickly by identifying fixtures that have raised
alerts. The software also provides space utilization reports that track
occupancy data over time.
8 DOORBELL Honeywell’s Skybell high-definition, smart, video doorbell
allows users to remotely check doorbell activity to see, hear and speak to
visitors from their iPhone or iPad using the Honeywell Total Connect 2.0
Remote Services app. It is designed to withstand temperatures of – 40°F to
140°F and is available in silver and bronze finishes.
